SHOTS FIRED! | TREY SONGZ BLASTS NICKI MINAJ AND G-CHECK’S DJ ENVY | @wazzuptonight
Los Angeles, CA – I guess Nicki Minaj and DJ Envy of The Breakfast Club didn’t get the memo regarding Trey “Trigga” Songz – and the memo says that Trigga Trey ain’t nothin’ light!! In an interview on 105.1 FM today, R&B/Hip Hop superstar Trey Songz expressed his thoughts about Minaj recently coming for his head on Twitter concerning Remy Ma‘s accusation on “Shether” of Nicki and Trey engaging in sexual intercourse several years back.
Recap: After “Shether” was released, the next day Trey Songz responded to Remy’s allegation of him sleeping with Nicki Minaj. “Even when you stay out of the way they will have ya name all in some sh*t. Wake up to new comedy everyday. Focus,”, Songz tweeted. Minaj then sent a counter tweet, “lol. Wut u SHOULD be saying is that it’s not true, seeing as it’s not. Real niggaz do real things… I done gotchu 6 million plaques,”.
Trigga played it cool, but on some G sh*t he was NOT feeling what Minaj said and implied in her tweet! (“I done gotchu 6 million plaques” was in reference to Trey’s song “Bottoms Up” that Minaj featured on in 2010) Well today during an interview with radio talk show The Breakfast Club, Songz conveyed his thoughts on “Bottoms Up” and Nicki Minaj’s tweet.

“Oh no he didn’t, Ms. Peaches!!” (Wayman voice) Oh yes he did, Songz sure ’nuff said that he’s the one that basically launched Nicki Minaj’s career. Wow Trey, tell us how you really feel!!
The buck damn sure didn’t stop there though! At one point throughout the interview, DJ Envy laughed out loud at a comment that Trey Songz made and Trigga straight jumped down Envy’s throat. Songz let it be known that he is not one for the malarkey and that Envy needs to cut out all of the sniggling and giggling.
