Chinx Murder Suspect — Attended His Funeral Too! | Real Life ‘Roland Bishop’ | @wazzuptonight

New York, NY — C’mon, who could forget the infamous Juice scene when Roland Bishop hugged Raheem Porter‘s mom right after he gunned Porter down like a rabid dog in front of friends Quincy “Q” Powell and Eric “Steel” Thurman. It was a moment in black cinema that we’d never seen before, and it displayed to us for the first time how real the thin line between love and hate is. Well, there is an authentic ‘Roland Bishop’ in real life ya’ll . . . and his name is Quincy Homere.

Yes, as you see . . . it’s real in the field! 32-year-old Quincy Homere (seen in the above photo), and Jamar Hill, 26, were indicted Wednesday on counts of murder, attempted murder, assault, and criminal possession of a weapon in the shooting of upcoming hip hop star Lionel “Chinx” Pickens. Both suspects were in police custody already on unrelated crimes when charged.

Following the arrests, Janelli Caceres (Chinx’s wife/widow) took to her Instagram account and posted her gladness for the closure in her husband’s homicide.

As more unfolds surrounding the apprehensions, it’s come to light now that one of the suspected shooters (Quincy Homere) too attended Chinx’s funeral to ‘show his respects’. We’re not sure if Hill was in attendance at Pickens’ funeral as well, however if he was, we’re pretty sure we’ll find out soon enough.

On Friday, Queens South Homicide Squad Commanding Officer Lt. Richard Rudolph disclosed that on the morning of May 17, 2015, Homere closed in on Chinx to resolve a six-year grudge. According to the lieutenant, it was Homere who had long sought payback against the “Yay” rapper. Their issues stemmed from a brawl they got into on Rikers Island back in 2009. “We’re not exactly sure what the fight was about, but our perpetrator Quincy probably got the worst of it and he wanted to get back at Chinx,” Lt. Rudolph stated. Their conflict took on new meaning following a dispute that broke out between them when Homere attempted to confront Chinx at a show in Philly one month before the shooting.

Here’s the entire IG post surrounding Homere’s presence at Chinx’s burial:
