Ariana Grande Confirms Breakup With Mac Miller | @wazzuptonight

Los Angeles, CA — Wednesday evening, TMZ reported that Ariana Grande and Mac Miller had cordially broken up — and now Ms. Grande has confirmed the news herself via Instagram.

 

The “Side to Side” singer shared an image of herself and Miller petting Thursday (May 10) on her IG Story, with a heartfelt message describing how they remain close even after concluding their romantic kinship. She tenderly calls him “one of my best friends in the whole world” and that she “respects and adores him endlessly.” She ruminates on the macrocosm of unconditional love, stating she’s “so proud of him,” and in general appears to sustain a positive position in reference to the turn of events.

This marks the seeming end of a highly-publicized relationship that commenced in September 2016 and withstood the sorrowful Manchester bombing outside of Grande’s concert in May of 2017. Grande has yet to say anything else about the split, while Miller has yet to speak on the matter.
