Lil Mama: Mixtape Review “Take Me Back”

Lil Mama caught us all off guard with her hit record “Sausage” last year. Well it didn’t end there for Lil Mama as she continues to let her voice be heard with her new mixtape “Take Me Back”. It’s definitely a dope project and she proves again why she deserves to have the crown. On this mixtape she got really creative when it came to mixing the old and new school sound together to show her appreciation for hip hop. Lil mama also shared her trails and tribulations with all her fans. Although her journey wasn’t easy she wanted them all to know she didn’t give up. With pray, faith, and hard work the impossible can become possible.

ArnStar who is her little brother has been making a lot of noise as solo artist in NYC. Lil Mama who has watched him rise into great star, decided to reward him for all of his hard work, by allowing him to be a feature on her party record “It Takes Two”. This is my favorite song on the mixtape. I highly recommend you support Lil Mama as she continues to put on for her city.
