Bobby Jamez Roman, Keith “Youngin” George II, join Jonathan “JP” Peterson to invade Denver Dispensary Event, Elements Presented by Lova Canna Co w/ Special Guest Alex Marley

What do you call a get together of some of the most interesting minds in history? I would call it an exploration of Greatness! On April 30th, Bobby Jamez, JP, and Entertainment Industry dot connector Youngin met up with Alex Marley & Fiancé to attend “Elements” event presented by Lova Canna Co Dispensary. With cinematographer “Trey The Video Guru”,  the group descended on the Lova Canna Co Dispensary in hopes of networking and finding some of the best strains known to man.  The Lova Canna Co. is known nationally as the number one dispensary chain in Colorado offering only the best ingredients, partners, vendors, farms, and teams.

The Elements Presented by Lova Canna Co event was one of many conventions arranged to garner insight into the cannabis industry. Although the event was held on Friday, the group took three days to scour Denver’s thriving dispensaries. Thursday began with a tour of the Cherry Brand dispensary owned by Anthony Scotti. Known as one of the largest cannabis dispensaries, the Cherry Brand is famous for its black leaf strand called Jealousy. The Cherry Brand produces brands through plant science technology to help people live extraordinary lives through cannabis cultivation practices and strain development.

Keith Youngin George II, Alex Marley,

After the Cherry Brand tour, the group with filmographer Tre Johnson moved on to the Natty REMS Co. where they were met with open arms by Sean who led the tour. The Natty REMS Co. has been a staple in Colorado’s cannabis industry from 2009 when it operated under its original name “Natural Remedies.” Named one of the best dispensaries in 2018 by High Times Magazine, the Natty REMS Co. was established on a foundation of quality over quantity. Sean showed the group the hand-tendered processes that creates a brand that features concentrates from in house grown materials. Natty Rems Co. is one of 6 medical dispensaries in Denver, and cultivates and cares for the plants, which produces quality flowers, concentrates, and cartridges throughout Colorado.  As the group toured the massive facility, Alex Marley and fiancé were fascinated by the genetics and clone cross-breeding process which creates high quality potent brands such as their signature banana kush, blueberry kush, and the ever popular Bob Saget.  The Cherry Brand owner Anthony Scotti, and Marketing Director Jason McLean extended great hospitality to the group.

On the second day (Friday), the group left their hotel en route to the Denver Dispensary Event, Elements Presented by Lova Canna Co organized by Johnathan “JP” Peterson.  As the group arrived, the atmosphere was electric with patrons networking and enjoying the festivities. From bong manufacturers, tattoo artists, food and beverage vendors, and even a harp player serenaded the crowd. However, the Lova Canna Co. event was an opportunity for leaders and newbies to interact in one place.  The convention was filled with booths, tables, and information booths with all things cannabis. From marketing lotions, roll-ups, and infusion drinks, the event brought out those curious, and seasoned cannabis vets alike. There were a slew of tech companies in attendance as cannabis is live and well in the metaverse.

After walking and patronizing, Alex Marley and the group took a break from the action and prepared for his performance. Alex took the stage and performed two songs which were met with jubilation from the crowd. Needless to say, many of the on-goers were high and feeling good by this point. The event was filled with panels with keynote presentations and speakers educating and building awareness on the benefits and uses of cannabis.

On day three, the group rounded out the series of cannabis tours with a visit to the Kind Love dispensary. For Alex Marley and the rest of the gentlemen, it was the perfect recap to the weekend.  The Kind Love Rec. & Med. dispensary is an award winning dispensary known for their connoisseur grade cannabis. With two locations, Denver and Tulsa OK, Kind Love is one of the pioneers for introducing the newest technology and strands of cannabis to Colorado. After a 2 hour long informative tour, Kind Love presented the group with samples and goodies as a token of appreciation.

Overall, the three day cannabis dispensary tour proved that there is definitely a connection between health benefits and the music industry. As with many sectors, musicians are faced with the same stress and anxiety that comes with pressure and deadlines. As a matter of fact, it is a wide known fact that a majority of artists use cannabis as a creative stimulant. Alex Marley, the cousin of Legendary reggae artist Bob Marley, is an advocate for legalization and recreational users of cannabis. The three day tour event was organized by JP, with  Keith “Youngin” George II as the dot connector that brought Alex Marley out to the networking event. With partner Bobby Jamez, Youngin seized the opportunity with Tre to capture the essence of the events. Some of the footage will be used for their upcoming podcast, Who’s More Toxic, which will highlight causes such as cannabis, music, film, and reality entertainment .

“Hopefully, the movement in Denver will spread awareness about the benefits of cannabis, will ignite lawmakers to legalize nationwide”, stated Keith “Youngin” George. Youngin and the group hope to visit and support future cannabis events in efforts to help raise awareness.
