Fresh Faces of Hip Hop: MC Billy Da Kid Puts NYC back on the map

“Every time someone hears my music for the first time… it leaves a mark on them, I’am history in the making,” says Billy Da Kid. The east coast rapper is ready to put Staten Island back on the map. His love for HipHop was heavily influenced by his cousin Raekwon a member of the rebellious legendary rap group the Wu-Tang Clan. B.D.K has recently released tracks called “Hustle” and “Where my billy’s at?” He’s been hooking the ears and catching the attention of industry veterans such as Fat Joe, Jadakiss and Noreaga.

Since his first release and launch B.D.K has performed at numerous venues, events and showcases. Which includes Hip-Hop 4 Flint, the Hot Box with DJ Enuff and Jack Thriller’s 16 or better. B.D.K has been asked to return to these events after producing his first mixtape “2nd2none” back in February in 2015 on Datpiff.com. Which can also be found on I-tunes and google play.
