Wazzup Xclusive |Debbie Reynolds Untimely Passing, One Day After Daughter Carrie Fisher’s Death | @wazzuptonight

New York, NY – Wow! We (Wazzup Tonight) stand in awe at the reports coming on the wire that Debbie Reynolds, mother of Carrie Fisher who died early on the 27th of December has passed away tonight.  Reynolds, was at her daughter home in Beverly Hills Wednesday when someone called 911 after she showed early signs of a stroke.  The Los Angeles Fire Department was called around 1:00 pm.  Upon arrival, they “transported one adult female patient in fair to serious condition to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center” in Los Angeles. Late Wednesday night, reports poured in of the passing of Reynolds untimely death.
The news comes just one day after daughter, Carrie Fisher, went into cardiac arrest. Although considered a complicated relationship in years past, it was reported that the two had grown close over the years. At 84 years old, Debbie Reynolds is best known for her role in the 1952 classic, Singin’ in the Rain with Gene Kelly, and timeless other films in the 50’s and 60’s. In retrospect, Carrie Fisher was best known for her star role as Princess Leila in the Star Wars Series.

We ask that the public keep the families of Debbie Reynolds/Carrie Fisher in your prayers and respect their privacy in this time of bereavement.

The Oscar-nominated actress had given periodic updates on Fisher while her daughter was hospitalized; first telling fans Fisher was “stable” and on Tuesday confirming her death with a touching note.

“Thank you to everyone who has embraced the gifts and talents of my beloved and amazing daughter. I am grateful for your thoughts and prayers that are now guiding her to her next stop. Love Carries Mother,” she wrote.
