Songwriter For Artist/Actor Rotimi & Many Others Debuts “PULL UP”

Ever hop in a UBER drunk, confused, wanting to go to an ex’s house? Well, singer/songwriter Enfamous has and is singing about it in his first single “Pull Up” off his new project slated for an early 2016 release entitled Gasoline & Feelings.

The song features singer/producer/songwriter Damar Aaron, who produced the featured track, and co-wrote along with Enfamous.

Enfamous describes his music as “unpredictable.” He loves to dip into stereotypes of different genres, creating a unique sound. By revealing his vulnerability, along with his bold style in storytelling, Enfamous differentiates himself from other male artists.

Jason Gathright, who goes by the name Enfamous, was born on March 11th in East Orange, New Jersey. He was raised with his twin sister and other older siblings. Enfamous realized his love for singing at the tender age of five when he joined the church choir.

At this young age, not wanting to be in the spotlight, he decided to be a songwriter rather than a performer. However, as Enfamous grew older, he began to write songs for underground artists, and it was then that he had an epiphany. Enfamous came to realize that the artists singing his songs could not perform them with the same emotion he envisioned them to – they could not duplicate his heartfelt emotions – and thus Enfamous took ownership of his creative spirit and became a singer.

Enfamous’ main goal in music is to touch his listeners and let them connect to his songs. He says that when he is making music he is not just making it for the numbers or simply for mass appeal, but to touch his fans in a way that seeks to be unique, the way music hasn’t been able to touch them before.

Being motivated by the success of Barack Obama, John Legend, Beyonce, and many more, Enfamous has developed a work ethic like no other. His first offering, an EP entitled My Revenge, exudes the raw emotion of seeking revenge from love gone wrong. Enfamous says music is his main focus and that he is committed to that focus over the long term – and it shows!!!
