So a lot of you have asked what this event is about. Well that is a great question. The answer is simple…its about you! I know that may not be what your’e used to.
Ive watched many of you personally work hard on your crafts just to spend your money for 5 minutes, just to perform 2 songs on a platform, to compete against the other, to only leave dissatisfied as only 1-3 of you left with a prize.
Not to mention witnessing you open up for a major showcase with a celebrity just to leave you stuck with cell phone footage and a photo and the possibility of a relationship with them. As we know not all are friendly. Then you post on the same old FB, You Tube and Instagram to still leave empty in the same position. Just you and a pen. Just you and a beat machine, just you and your mac, just you and your camera.
In VA I understand how difficult it is to build a fan base & get that buzz. Lets face it, we pretty much all know the same people.
I know you wished you knew what to do and the ones who do have the experience will not share what they did with you.
So it puts you in a position to have to leave this State to not only get your buzz but also became crucial in order to network with the right people, I get it.
The prize mentality, competitive mentality, the whole crab in the bucket mentality is the result as there is not much unity when what has been created is division.
To see you walk away disappointed made me say to myself “What can I do differently & how could I make a difference?”
I have a serious plan and an Epic support system. A celebrity media company & celebrity, industry leader as a CEO. The Engine that you need to get yourself noticed, built your fan base, stream your music on hundreds of platforms both physical platforms & over the web in which we write for….via news papers, magazines, blogs unlimited, movie series and production, DVDs….did I mention all celebrity?
Thats right…I said it we write for them. So this means no middle man.
