HONEYVIBE “Work This Thing Out”

As I browsed my Instagram, I was able to notice among the tons of people in it, this unique hair style Afro – 70’s inspired.  The picture was very unique and inviting so I decided to click it.  The experience was breath taken, a splash of fresh air! I really didn’t know what I was experiencing.  I only knew that I had to keep looking for more.  I was bold enough to reach out to learn that he was an artist. Not just your regular artist, but a musician with so many talents.

His name is David Jones II he is the lead singer from Honeyvibe.  They are from Baton Rouge, LA and they have been playing all around the south on private venues and many Jazz Festivals.

Their most recent performance was this past April at the Baton Rouge Blue Festival @brbluesfest where they shared the stage with blues legend @therealbuddyguy and many others. The media coverage shows that it was lit! Their music is Jazzy, with a mix of Blues and Rock fusion attracting not just Jazz followers but a mix crowd who love rock and live music.

Honeyvibe recently released their debut single “Work This Thing Out” which is now available for streaming on Soundcloud and for purchase.  This song invites you to dream again, to take a ride for love and forgiveness.  The song is so smooth that you do not want it to end, and you can easily put on repeat.
