Hip-hop artist Rell Jerv quickly making a name for himself

July 30, 2015 (WIlimington, Delaware) – Hip-hop artist Rell Jerv is quickly making a name for himself as ” A force to be reckoned with,” says  Masina Music Makers co-owner A.Jo Masina, after  giving the ok for the release of Rell Jerv’s latest freestyle to Octobers Very Own’s Charged Up. Dropping at a particularly contriversial time, we are curious to know what inspired this record from the Delaware Rapper. Whether trying to establish himself as an elite rapper or just trying to capitalize on the momentum of the Meek Mill and Drake “Beef”, Rell Jerv is definitely making a statement with this release. Rell Jerv is currently focusing on building a core fan base as well as a solid team of producers and writers.

Derrell Jervey (August 31, 1993) known as “Rell Jerv” is an American artist born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware. Rell Jerv started his career as a aspiring singer admiring acts like (Usher, Dru Hill, Genuine etc). Rell began rapping at the age of 16 with partners A.Jo Masina and Heartboy Yc and went on to become co-owner of “Masina Music Makers LLC” (M3) in 2013. In a five year span Rell Jerv dropped a number of mixtapes and has shot numerous videos for his work independently. In August 2014, Rell Jerv was picked up by Las Vegas based Matty M Management and D-Teck of Konvict Muzik. The three signed a joint management deal on August 9, 2014 and have already had Rell in the studio with NY based artist Fred The Godson. Rell is currently working on a mixtape titled “Elephant in the Room” set to drop early 2016, As well as his first studio album.
