New York, New York – At what point is enough, enough? What is the a mercy rule in hip-hop? Well folks, Shit just got real! While performing in Miami, Compton rapper The Game not only dissed Meek Mill, but publically challenged him to a duel. Wow! Game told a sold-out crowd in Miami Thursday night, “I just wanna beat that n—- a– for a good time,” he said. “When you see me n—-, square up. It don’t gotta be about no guns, n—-. F— Meek Mill”!
The diss is in response to an incident that occurred in June at the Penthouse nightclub in L.A. where Sean Kingston had a chain worth $300k snatched. Both the Game and Meek Mill were in attendance when the unfortunate incident took place. The Game alleges that the Philly rapper snitched by telling investigators that Game’s crew was involved! For the record: Game, nor his entourage were implicated or named as a suspect in the incident.
Game dropped a hearty diss track Friday morning showing his displeasure for the alleged accusations entitled “92 Bars“. The closing track on his forthcoming album “1992” due out October 7th, “92 Bars”, serves as the perfect prelude! The game goes in on Meek non-stop by taking aim at his girlfriend Nicki Minaj, by offering her his “pool stick”. Unfortunately, I’m not referring to a pool table, nor a billiards cue stick! This feud is bound to get a little sticky, to say the least! Just after his performance in Miami Thursday night, the Game’s entourage was the aim of a drive-by shooting outside the Fontainebleau Hotel. No one was hurt or injured in the shooting; however, the incident is under investigation.
With the highly anticipated album 1992 due out on October 7th, the current feud definitely makes for must-see TV. We just hope the creative juices maturate into some well-needed studio classics! ~ Renzo
