New York, NY — Think and say what you want . . . but Love & Hip Hop: New York‘s own, Cardi B, has just become the first woman (and third artist) in music history to have 5 tracks in the top 10 of Billboard’s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop chart simultaneously.
Indeed, Cardi has been working extra hard this past year— banging the clubs with songs like “Bodak Yellow“, “Bartier Cardi“, G-Eazy‘s “No Limit” and Migos‘ “Motorsport“. And presently, her and Bruno Mars‘ “Finesse (Remix)” is bullying the radio and unapologetically pushing aside every Pop record on the charts while in transit to the #1 spot. Seriously, it’s like Cardi is Michael Jordan in the NBA Finals right now . . . you can’t contain her and you damn sure can’t stop her!
We don’t know either Mike– she’s simply slaying em out there! Cardi B too, reportedly just inked a major movie deal this week. If Cardi acts as well as she makes music, well, Meryl Streep better watch her back out there in them Hollywood streets!
