New York, New York – As the World turns, so does the sight of violence, destruction, and malice among the habitants of this great planet Earth! Thirteen years after releasing the hit single “Where’s the Love?”,  the Grammy Award-winning Black Eyed Peas offer a remake of the classic to inspire hope.  This time around the BEP enlists a star-studded lineup which includes Diddy, Mary J. Blige, Jamie Foxx, Nicole Scherzinger, The Game, Jessie J, Andra Day, Tori Kelly, Ty Dolla $ign, Usher, DJ Khaled, A$AP Rocky, Jaden Smith, and Justin Timberlake.

The song Where’s the Love was originally released in 2003 on the Grammy Award winning Album of the year, “Elephunk“.  However, of recent, A public demand manifested in an outreach by the thousands for the Black Eyed Peas to bring the song back! The group graciously obliged in lieu of the pain and suffering the Country has endured in recent months!  The song delivers a strong message addressing poverty, war, terrorism, and inequalities!

Group member and spokesman Will.i.am said,  “the remake was inspired by tragic events throughout the world including recent attacks in Paris, Belgium, and Turkey; the deaths of Philando Castile and Alton Sterling; the deaths of police officers in Dallas; and the Orlando mass shooting”. The hopes is to hopefully reach millennials the same way the song touched listeners in 2003. “Millennials are powerful, I don’t think they realize just how powerful they are…I hope this song inspires the millennials to go all out, scream from the tallest mountain, care like your freedom depends on it”, he explained.

The sure to be anthem, Where’s The Love? begs the question; where has the love gone in a society full of heartache?

With the hashtag thats going viral on social media (#WHERESTHELOVE), the Black Eyed Peas have created a movement that will hopefully spark a collaboration of millions joining together to make the World a better place to live for all humanity~ Renzo
