The announcement comes in lieu of the Grammy Awards ceremony on Feb. 12th, in which Beyonce is nominated for 9 awards for “Lemonade” and her highly anticipated headline at Coachella on April 15th. The reports first broke Sunday morning via a shared Instagram post by the 33-year-old superstar which showed Beyonce buried up to her neck in sand while daughter Blue Ivy played next to her apparent sandy baby bump.
While the story line for the Album and HBO Film “Lemonade,” told a story of infidelity and a strained relationship, it’s clear the film makes no correlation to the real life bliss the Carters enjoy.
On a statement given via Instagram Beyonce stated:
“We would like to share our love and happiness,” she wrote. “We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes. -The Carters”
The outpouring of support has drowned social media with the news embedded as the trending topic of the day on timelines worldwide. While fans and well-wishers embellish in joy for the Carters,’ it’s also been whispered, if Beyonce will still be able to fulfill her commitment to Coachella promoters AEG LIVE. My Guess would be a resounding, YES! If Beyonce has proved anything, it’s BEY’s ability to come out swinging in the face of adversity. I see this as no different!
Above all, We would like to wish the Carter Family genuine congrats on the additions to the fam~
